Class Descriptions

Flow: A dynamic, alignment-based vinyasa class. All levels. 

Hybrid: A unique and creative practice that weaves yoga and other healing movement/somatic practices to bring about inner peace, strength and vitality. All levels. 

Restorative Hybrid: A experimental movement practice exploring the work of Moshe Feldenkrais and other modern teachers of somatic structural integration.

Gentle Flow: A very gentle yoga class ideal for anyone new to yoga, limited by injury, or looking gentle movement. All levels. .

Flow & Restore: This class offers the best of both worlds. The first half of the class is an active flow followed by restorative postures designed to heal the body and nourish your nervous system. All levels.

Yoga Sculpt: Looking to build more strength in your body through yoga? This class is a vinyasa flow style class that incorporates light weights to get you a solid workout during your yoga practice. All levels.

Yin: Also called “the other half” of yoga, Yin yoga brings balance to your asana practice. In yin, students allow themselves to find deep stillness in postures and relax the muscles. Students will be holding poses for 3-6 minutes, allowing connective tissue and fascia to be stimulated. This leads to stronger, well-hydrated, more resilient tissues and better lubricated joints.
